RULES FOR THE 2012 ITALIAN AMERICAN * The person(s) eligible are: a member's child, stepchild, grandchild, foster child and any child a member had in common. * The scholarship will be awarded to the applicant. * The applicant must have at least a B average in their studies and be involved in some type of an extracurricular activity * The applicant must write a two hundred (200) word narrative stating the importance of: 1) Being a person of Italian-American descent; or 2) The importance of law enforcement. * Applicants must provide a copy of transcripts. * Applications must be submitted by December 31, 2011. * Scholarships will be awarded at the March 2012 Italian American Police Association meeting. * If any member/applicant has any questions they can email iapa-il@sbcglobal.net Applications can be obtained by clicking on the picture of the below application.  |
